Rachel Cathey
Rachel Cathey is a Twin Cities area actor and director, as well as elementary teacher, published author, musician, and photographer. She is the artistic and show director for Fridley Youth Community Theatre and formerly ran the Fridley Middle School Theatre program. She is currently working as the Performing Arts teacher at Northpoint Elementary School in the Spring Lake Park District. This will be Ms. Cathey’s thirteenth year instructing at the Academy. She has a passion for bringing the joy of theatre to young people and is so excited for you to come and play with her this summer. She is joined by her son, who performs the role of technical director for the show.
